PCB Design and Tracing
IntraSoft’s designers will quickly perform the design of a printed circuit board of any complexity according to customer’s technical requirements. The design bureau of IntraSoft company has many years of experience in various fields of electronics, which allows us to carry out the development and design of printed circuit boards of any complexity for various fields of application. All specialists of the design office work in compliance with the requirements of domestic (GOST) and international (IPC) standards.
According to the results of development and design, the customer receives:
- PCB design;
- PCB files;
- if necessary, at an additional request, a set of design documentation in accordance with the unified system of design documentation:
o electrical circuit diagram;
o layer drawings;
o Assembly drawing;
o specification;
o list of items.
Design documentation is transmitted to the customer in paper and electronic form.
At the request of the customer we produce prototypes of printed circuit boards.
At the request of the customer the following work is done:
- 3D modeling
- Thermal analysis
- Signal Integrity analysis
Initial data for the development and design of the printed circuit board can be provided by e-mail info@intrasoft-spb.ru, on disk (CD, flash drive), on paper. The following items should be provided (in a free form):
- the name of the project;
- schematic diagram, a sample or drawing of a printed circuit board;
- requirements for the overall dimensions of the board, indicating the mounting holes with the necessary location (if any). With the specific shape of the board, a drawing or sketch of the printed circuit board is required;
- PCB thickness;
- the number of trace layers;
- the presence of masks and markings;
- a list of elements or a specification indicating the types of enclosures for all elements. For rare or non-standard components, it is desirable to provide a description of the component by the manufacturer – datasheet;
- other additional customer requirements;
- technological capabilities of production, where the order for the manufacture of printed circuit boards will be placed;
- name (decimal board number) and other desired texts on the board;
- the list of design documents that you want to receive.
The terms and cost of design depend on the complexity of the printed circuit board and are agreed with the customer individually.
